From there, turn right and proceed a few feet to the petrol station, where you can take the next bus to Kudremukh. The municipal buses begin service at approximately 6:30 a.m. The distance from Kalasa to the beginning of the Kudremukh trek is approximately 10 kilometres. Those travelling in a group may debark at Balegal. When you reach Balegal, you can rent a jeep.
